“When I founded this firm in 1979, the Internet was not part of our lives and Craig’s List, one of the ways we advertise rental listings today, did not even exist. Move forward nearly three decades, through numerous real estate cycles and the dot.com boom and bust; and one thing has remained the same, the San Francisco market is still a dynamic one. This is a place people want to live and work. San Francisco neighborhoods have always been our focus. It’s a market we know and love. It’s our home.

I tell you this because I think it’s important for you to understand my philosophy. This is a locally-owned and managed business. We’re a team and employee involvement is our way of life. That said, we have gained expertise managing properties for two distinct groups: apartment building owners and homeowner associations. Our goal has always been to continually set the bar much higher on what customers can expect from a property management company. To achieve that goal, we’ve cultivated a dedicated and talented team to help guide you through the complex process of successful property management. We help enhance your investment by taking the time and effort to care for your property the way you would, and we don’t charge more than other companies do. Period.
