CEO and Founder
Carolyn is CEO and Founder of Chandler Properties. In 1979, she launched the company to provide full property management services to apartment building owners. Her role in the company is to lead, direct and hold the staff accountable to maintain the highest standards of customer service for all of the company’s clients and tenants.
Director of Property Management
Marie is the Director of Property Management. She is responsible for overseeing the property managers and property management support team. She joined the company in 2015.
Director of Accounting
Jennifer is Director of Accounting. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department and supervising the accounting team. She joined the Company in 1994.
Director of Leasing
Rafael is responsible for leading and directing the Leasing Department and for our owners his focus is to maximize rents and minimize downtime for vacancies. He first joined the company in 2012.
Engineering Consultant
Norman serves as the engineering consultant for Chandler Properties. He is responsible for assisting our clients with seismic retrofits and other large projects that require the skills of his background as an engineer.
Business Development Advisor
Samantha has been with the company since 2007 and is a Partner in the company. She serves as an advisor on strategy and new business development.
